Services

  • Do you offer dyno tuning services? No, we do not.

  • Do you do walnut blasting? No, we do not.

  • I have a question about your hood louvers. We are not the same company as Trackspec Motorsports. We are authorized dealers and installers of their products, but are in no way involved with the design, manufacturing, and online sales of their products. They are located in Southern California.

  • Do you do your corner balancing in-house? Yes, we do.

  • Do you do your alignments in-house? Yes, we use a Hunter Hawkeye alignment machine.

  • Do you offer lifetime alignments? No, we do not.

  • Can you align lowered vehicles? If there is some gap between the top of the tire and the bottom of your fender, then we most likely can align it. Our alignment machine attachments grab onto the tires, not the wheels, so there must be some gap between the tire and fender in order to roll them forward. If you are unsure, feel free to attach a photo of your car when you are requesting an appointment.

  • Do you use a road force tire balancer? No, we use Hunter Smartweight Touch Balancer.

  • Do you do body work & paint? No, we do not. For makes and models that we specialize in, we do the removal, transportation, and reinstallation of the parts, and sublet the body work and paint to a nearby reputable body shop.

  • Do you service SUVs/Trucks/Vans? No, we do not.

  • Do you service American makes & models? Not typically. We can do basic maintenance and track prep, like alignments, corner balancing, tire installations, but we do not specialize in American makes & models.


Parts

  • Can customers supply their own parts? We may or may not allow customers to bring their own parts. If this is requested, our Limited Warranty becomes entirely void. Please read more about our Limited Warranty here.


Warranty

  • Do you warranty your work and parts installed? Yes, with limitations and exceptions. Please read our Limited Warranty here.

  • Do you warranty your work and parts installed if I bring my own parts? No, if you supply the parts to be installed/used, our Limited Warranty becomes entirely void. Please read more about our Limited Warranty here.


Pricing

  • Do you price match? No, we do not. Our shop has its own particular needs and expenses, that differ from other shops. Our services and parts have been priced accordingly, without consideration to other shops’ business models.

  • Do you offer cash discounts? No, we do not.

  • Do you charge for diagnostics? Yes, we charge for diagnosing issues on an hourly basis.

  • Do you honor estimates from a year ago? No, our estimates are only valid for seven days.


Appointments

  • Do you accept walk-ins? No, we are by appointment only.

  • What if I’m late to my appointment? Depending on our schedule, we may not be able to move forward with your appointment if you are at least 15 minutes late. If you think you’ll be late, it is always best to call us to let us know.

  • Can I drop off or pick up my car outside of your normal business hours? Yes, once your invoice is paid in full, you may arrange to use one of our lockboxes.

  • Can I wait at the shop during my appointment? Yes, we have a lobby where you may wait for jobs that take less than a day. Please note that our staff must take 10 minute breaks and take lunch from 1-2pm.

  • Do you offer sponsorships? Sometimes! However, we only consider sponsorships to drivers who participate and are active in motorsports activities, which includes wheel-to-wheel racing, time attack, club racing, and auto-crossing. Click here to apply.
