Trackspec Autosports LTS K20 Swap AC Bracket Kit

Kit Contents

(1) Upper bracket

(2) M8x20 bolts (upper bracket to water pump housing)

(2) M8x75 bolts (upper bracket to A/C compressor)

(1) Lower bracket w/ two pre-installed Riv-nuts

(2) M10x20 bolts (lower bracket to engine block)

(2) M8x100 bolts (lower bracket to A/C compressor)

(2) Spacers (between A/C compressor and lower bracket)

(4) M8 washers (for 75 and 100mm bolts)

(2) AC compressor adapters (newly added, not pictured)

Before you start

This kit was designed to work with the K20A3 or any other K-series water pump housing that does not have the OEM heat exchanger. It will not work with the K20A2 or K20Z3 water pump housings. The installation can be done with the engine in the car, but you will need to remove the alternator. You will also need to reroute your radiator hose and heater hose.

The housing on the left will not work. The housing on the right will work with our kit.

Installation Instructions

Step 1: Cut off tabs & File down

Note: K20A2 water pump housing was used in photos. This housing will not work.

The Lotus A/C compressor has a 6-rib pulley, you will use a 6-rib belt. The belt size will depend on the crank pulley size of your engine. We used a 6PK1590 on a completely stock K20Z3 engine (8th gen Civic). The Honda pulleys are 7-rib and the belt will be aligned on the INNER ribs (closest to engine).

Step 7: AC Lines

You will need to have some custom A/C lines made to connect the compressor to the hardline on the car. There’s more than one way to do this, but we were able to source the hoses and fittings and build them ourselves. You will need an A/C line crimp tool. The parts were sourced from Coldhose.com
