Trackspec Autosports has been open since 2014 and has built an impeccable reputation within the enthusiast community. We are fortunate in that we get to do a lot of really cool things at Trackspec (e.g. building and preparing race cars, custom fabrication, etc.), which means you will have the opportunity to learn a lot, fast. We pride ourselves in affiliating with some of the very best that this industry has to offer, which means you will also have a chance to meet many of our terrific customers and vendors; many of whom have become like family to us. We are extremely busy each and every day because the shop and our customer-base is growing rapidly. That’s why we’re looking for someone amazing who wants to join our team and grow with us.

  • You are a motivated self-starter who can work effectively and efficiently without constant supervision. You’re reliable, punctual, and passionate about cars, with a willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment. As a team player, you take pride in being meticulous and organized, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace to help keep operations running smoothly. Your enthusiasm and dedication make you a valuable addition to our shop.

  • As a shop assistant, you will help maintain a clean and organized environment by mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and keeping the workspace tidy, including breaking down boxes and taking out the trash. Your responsibilities will also include washing cars, fulfilling online orders, and moving vehicles in and out of the shop. You may be asked to pick up or drop off parts, office supplies, shop supplies, or customer vehicles as needed. Additional tasks include building, assembling, or repairing shop equipment, ordering and receiving parts, and assisting technicians and the manager with daily operations to help keep everything running smoothly.

  • Requirements

    1. MUST have a valid CA Driver's License and clean driving record

    Preferred, But Not Required

    • Experience towing a trailer

    • Previous experience working for an automotive company

    • Someone looking for a long-time career in the automotive industry. All of our employees have the ability to grow in our company.

    • Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm
